Refund and Return Cancellation Policy

We at support@lifeeazy.com value your patronage and ensure that our customers leave our portal in a satisfied manner. Our Refund and Cancellation policy is categorized based on the product / services purchased. Mentioned below describes our policy specific to each category of product or service sold by us:

a) Physical Products: 

Any physical product(s) that is/are sold by us and delivered thru a courier, land/air/sea service or postal mail can be either cancelled or returned for a refund. Qualified order only can be cancelled before it is shipped to the recipient. If an order is cancelled you will receive a refund for the order value including the shipping and handling charges, if any. Orders which have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation but can be considered for a refund provided the product is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase subject to meeting conditions: 

  1. Returns are subjected to prior authorization. You can obtain the Prior-Auhorization by contacting us with details of your original purchase and reason of return.
  2. All products must be returned with absolutely no damages, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  3. Any returns received not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted under no circumstances.

 

Within 10 business days, you will receive a credit for the purchase price of any cancelled or returned item(s). This return will not include any shipping & handling charges. The credit will be issued to the same credit card which, was originally used to make the purchase. If this is not possible or if the purchase was made using any other mode of payment like thru cheque or online banking, a cheque will be mailed to you within 10 business days. 
Note: Any formulary drugs / items are not eligible for refunds or returns after shipment

b) Services: 

Our services like diagnostic or physician consulting services once delivered by our registered partners will not be eligible for either refund or credit. But if any service is not delivered then a cancellation request can be sent with the reasons for cancellation. Post the confirmation from the service provider, cancellation amount refund process will be initiated. within 10 business days, you will receive a credit for the purchase price of any cancelled or returned item(s). This return will not include any shipping & handling charges. The credit will be issued to the same credit card which, was originally used to make the purchase. If this is not possible or if the purchase was made using any other mode of payment like thru cheque or online banking, a cheque will be mailed to you within 10 business days.
